• Acceptance: Usage of this website and entering into supply contracts signifies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Product Specifications & Natural Variations

• Natural Product Characteristics: As our offerings consist of agricultural and harvested botanical goods, minor natural variations in color, cut size, aroma, or moisture content may occur between different harvest cycles or crop batches.

• Specifications & Samples: Commercial orders will conform to agreed technical datasheets and pre-shipment laboratory parameters or approved samples.

• Product Availability: All items are subject to seasonal harvest availability. We reserve the right to modify quantities or limit orders based on crop yields and seasonal supply.

3. Pricing, Quotations & Payment Terms

• Quotations: Price quotes (FOB, CIF, CFR, or local delivery) provided via email or commercial proforma invoices are valid for the period specified on the quotation due to market fluctuations in agricultural goods and freight rates.

• Payment Clearance: Orders are queued for processing, packaging, and dispatch only upon receipt of cleared funds or according to the agreed commercial payment terms (e.g., Wire Transfer/T/T, Letter of Credit/L/C).

• Taxes & Customs: Unless explicitly stated otherwise under agreed Incoterms, the buyer is responsible for all local import taxes, port handling fees, and customs duties in the destination country.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Export Documentation

• Logistics Execution: Shipping schedules provided are estimates and rely on third-party carriers, shipping lines, and port operations.

• Export Certification: Qatr Elnada will supply standard export documentation (such as Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading/AWB, and Commercial Invoice) necessary for clearance at destination ports.

• Customs Delays: Qatr Elnada is not liable for delivery delays or cargo holds caused by destination port inspections, regulatory customs procedures, or force majeure events beyond our direct control.

5. Quality Claims, Returns & Order Cancellations

• Inspection Window: Buyers must inspect delivered cargo and report any claims regarding damaged goods, package seals, or grade discrepancies within the timeline specified in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

• Claims Handling: Valid claims must be accompanied by official inspection reports, photos, or accredited lab analyses. Remedies are limited to batch replacement or credit adjustments as mutually agreed.

• Cancellations: Cancellation of commercial or custom-sorted orders once processing or export documentation has commenced may incur administrative or restocking fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product descriptions, photography, branding elements, and trade materials—is the exclusive property of Qatr Elnada and is protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.
